We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or somebody I would trust with my own property. We are a family business, so if something is not right, it falls on us, and we take care of it that same day.
I track the schedule on one board at the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is when we show up. If anything changes, I call you before you have to call us.
